Bank Robbery In Frankfort, Suspects Fled Scene: Police
No weapons were displayed during the robbery and the offenders fled in an unknown car.
FRANKFORT, IL — A robbery was reported Friday at the First Savings Bank of Hegewisch, 10395 W. Lincoln Highway, in Frankfort, police said. Two men robbed the bank at 4:40 p.m., police said.
The first offender was described as a black male, 20-25 years of age, with a thin mustache, and wearing a black coat with a black stocking cap, according to police. The second offender was described as a black male, 20-25 years of age, with a thin mustache and wearing a grey coat.
No weapons were displayed during the robbery and the offenders fled in an unknown car, police said. No one was harmed during the incident.
