Community-Wide Garage Sale Planned In Frankfort

FRANKFORT, IL — If you're interested in holding or checking out any garage sales, there will be a community-wide garage sale in Frankfort on Aug. 8. The event is sponsored by the Frankfort Park District, which will compile a list of all participating homes.

According to the park district's Facebook, the list will be available at the park district office, on its website and on Facebook the week of the sale. Each participating home will also receive a garage sale sign, balloons, map of Frankfort subdivisions and garage sale selling tips at the time of registration.

Homes must register by July 30 to participate in the garage sale. The event will be held rain or shine.
