District 157-C's continued "green" efforts introduce online registration, handbook and calendar

Frankfort School District 157-C is excited to offer online registration through InfoSnap beginning with the 2015-2016 school year. InfoSnap is a secure and “green” process. Each student will receive a personalized letter via U.S. mail addressed to their parents/guardians from the Registrar which includes the student’s “Snap Code” and District 157-C ID number. Both of these numbers are necessary to begin the registration process. Each student in a family will receive his or her own Snap Code. The letter includes detailed instructions on how to access InfoSnap through the District 157-C website, www.fsd157c.org, and how to begin the registration process. The first log in will require parents to create an account with InfoSnap. During the registration process, InfoSnap will have links to the District 157-C website where parents will be able to view and/or print important District information. Once parents have completed the registration for their student, there will be a link that will take them to the RevTrak page for paying the student fees. At that time they will also have the option to register another student. Any questions regarding online registration should be directed to the District Office at 815-469-5922.

Kindergarten registration will begin Monday, March 23, by appointment only. Please call the District Office at 815-469-5922 to make an appointment.

Continuing Frankfort School District 157’s ongoing efforts to be “green,” hard copies of the Parent/Student Handbook and the Calendar/Handbook will no longer be printed beginning with the 2015-2016 school year. This information can be found on the District’s website’s virtual backpack and on the web page, www.fsd157c.org, with registration information. During the online registration process there will be a link to the Parent/Student Handbook and parents will be required to “agree” or “not agree” to the terms and conditions of the Handbook. Calendars will also be available on the District’s website, www.fsd157c.org, and links can be found on the right side of the homepage.
