Dump Truck, Trailer Stolen From Frankfort Township Business: Cops
The owner had reviewed video surveillance and saw three men stealing the truck around 7:20 p.m. Monday.
FRANKFORT, IL — Three men stole a dump truck and various equipment and tools from a business in Frankfort Township, the Will County Sheriff's office said. Deputies responded to the 11000 block of 189th Street in Frankfort Township at 6:15 a.m. Tuesday about a stolen truck.
The owner told police the last time he saw the truck was at 3 p.m. Monday parked in the parking lot. Police said when the owner arrived at work Tuesday, the truck was gone.
A 1994 white Ford 8000 dump truck with a 2006 Caterpillar front end loader backhoe and a 2013 flatbed trailer attached was stolen. Inside the car, there was also plastic piping, four rolls of copper, electric tools, a generator and an air gun, police said.

Police said the case was turned over to the Investigations unit.
