Frankfort Accepting Applications For Police Officer

FRANKFORT, IL — The board of fire and police commissioners for the village is now accepting applications for police officer at Frankfort Police Department. The starting salary for the position is $57,985.

Job requirements include: you must be a U.S. citizen, must have a valid driver's license, must be at least 20 and a half years old and under 35, must have a high school diploma and one of the following: an associate degree in criminal justice or law enforcement, 60 credit hours toward a Bachelor's degree, or 24 months of honorable active duty in the Armed Forces. Lastly, you cannot have felony convictions.
