Frankfort Approves Two New Businesses

The board approved special use permits for two new businesses, a martial arts academy and a physical training facility.

FRANKFORT, IL — At its Dec. 2 meeting, the Frankfort village board approved two new businesses in town. Trustee John Clavio shared some information about the two new businesses, both which involve physical fitness.

Classical Martial Arts Academy, 67 W. Bankview Drive, will be in the Frankfort Plaza shopping center.

Clavio said the plan commission unanimously approved the special use permit for the business.

F45 Training, 11047 W. Lincoln Highway, is a team-based, physical training facility. The business would be in the Prairie Crossing shopping center. Clavio said the plan commission also unanimously approved the special use permit for this business.
