Frankfort Area Restaurants Open For Thanksgiving Day 2023

FRANKFORT, IL — If you're looking to head out to eat on Thanksgiving Day, or for catering options, several restaurants in the Frankfort area are open or offering pick-up of meals for Thanksgiving.

Restaurants open for Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 23, offer a range of dining experiences, from fine dining to fast casual to fast food. In some cases, you’ll need to make a reservation, so plan as much as possible.

As always, Patch encourages you to call any restaurant on this list in advance to double-check hours on Thanksgiving Day, as many vary by location. Here are the local restaurants that plan to be open:

• Francesca's Fortunato, 40 Kansas St., Frankfort (Catering deals run between $89.95 and $169.95, and $25 prepaid table reservations are available for a Thanksgiving buffet with prices set at $49.95 for adults and $14.95 for children 12 and under). The buffet is available from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• JBD White Horse Inn, 348 W. Maple St. New Lenox. 9 a.m.- 1 a.m. (bar only)
• Coopers Hawk Winery and Restaurant, 2307 E. Lincoln Highway, New Lenox (Dining package available for $199 for a feast that serves up to six people), 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Thanksgiving dinner will also be served in-house with prices set at $34.99 for adults and $14.99 for children 12 and under.
• The Ashford House, 7959 W 159th St, Tinley Park. (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
• Pony Express Kitchen, 21950 Howell Dr., New Lenox. Catering orders only, deadline to order Nov. 20
