FRANKFORT, IL -- The seventh annual Frankfort Bluegrass Festival is returning to downtown Frankfort this summer. The festival will be held at the historic Breidert Green and is expected to draw bluegrass music lovers from all over. Here's everything you'll need to know heading into festival weekend:
When is Frankfort Bluegrass Festival?
The festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, July 8 and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 9.
Where Will It Be Held?
The festival will take place on two stages -- "Breidert Green Stage" and "Prairie Park Stage" -- at Frankfort's historic Breidert Green Park. If you are coming in from out of town, set your GPS for 11 S. White St. in Frankfort, Illinois. Breidert Green is near Kansas and Oak streets. Find more specific directions here.

FEATURED BANDS
This year’s fest welcomes Grammy award-nominated bands The Steeldrivers and Chicago-based favorite The Leadfoot Band. Bands will play from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. July 8 and July 9.

PARKING
Public parking will be available in lots along Kansas, White and Elwood streets in downtown Frankfort.
SEATING
Grass seating is plentiful. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs.
