GINA MARIE’S SING SONG & YOGA
This mom and tot class combines Yoga, breath work, meditation, dancing, a lot of love, laughter, storytelling, interactive play with instruments and use of the imagination.
Gina Marie’s fun original music from her CD The Blue Alligator will also be incorporated into the class.

EMPOWERING GIRLS TO UNCOVER THEIR TRUTH
Gina Marie is dedicated to inspiring and guiding girls ages 9-16 to discover their True selves and develop the skills, knowledge, confidence and courage they need to consistently make informed life-choices from a place of self-knowledge, self-respect, self-love and strength.
It is my goal, to provide a loving and safe environment for girls and teach them essential life skills every girl/young woman needs for healthy development, to build healthy relationships and the opportunity to reach her own unique and highest potential. Through interactive talk, yoga, breathing art, journaling, writing, drumming, unconditional love and peer support… girls will be guided to develop tools to successfully navigate issues every girl faces today.

NOT ANOTHER BOOK CLUB NEW!
Reading is so much more than words on a page. Instead, it’s an adventure; a journey forward or back in time. Reading is a life unfolding one page at a time. Once a week we will discover a new world by reading an age appropriate text. A new Common Core standard will be introduced and explored each week using a variety of teaching strategies. Your child will have a blast talking, laughing, drawing, acting and learning in this fun and engaging book club.
There is a $15 materials fee payable to the instructor on the first day of class.

Adult Athletics:

SELF-DEFENSE FOR WOMEN NEW!
Join us for 4 weeks of intense self-defense training. Learn life saving skills to protect yourself and your family. Class will begin with basic techniques anyone can use while building confidence. Next you will develop techniques in real life situations while becoming strong and intimidating to attackers. This course will build awareness, confidence, strength and skills to overcome an intruder.
