Frankfort Plans Memorial Day Ceremony
The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. at Breidert Green in downtown Frankfort, on May 29.
FRANKFORT, IL — To honor those who have served in the Armed Forces, a Memorial Day ceremony will be held May 29 in Frankfort.
The ceremony, like in years past, will be held by the Village, VFW Post 1493, the Hickory Creek Middle School band and orchestra, and Will County Chief Deputy State's Attorney Ken Grey.
The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. at Breidert Green in downtown Frankfort. If it rains, the ceremony will be moved to the park district, 140 Oak St.
