Dec. 16

Mary Janik, 64, of 10605 Eagle Ridge Drive in Orland Park was charged with retail theft about 4:30 p.m. in the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway.

Dec. 18

Robert Harris, 44, of 309 E. Circle Drive in New Lenox was charged with driving under the influence about 11:45 p.m. near the corner of Butternut Trail and Lincoln Highway.

Dec. 19

Shane Allard, 19, of 8017 W. Farmhouse Road in Frankfort was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment, driving under the influence, the illegal consumption of alcohol, driving while license suspended, and speeding about 10 p.m. in the 7200 block of Lincoln Highway.

A vehicle parked in an Evergreen Drive driveway was damaged.

Dec. 20

Dawn Roe, 67, of 248 W. Haines Ave. in New Lenox was charged with retail theft about 4:15 p.m. in the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway.

Dec. 21

Brent Schneider, 19, of Kalamazoo, MI, was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia about 12:30 a.m. in the 21000 block of LaGrange Road.

Steve Palafox, 24, of 5954 S. Kilbourn Ave. in Chicago was charged with driving under the influence, driving without insurance, and speeding about 7:30 a.m. near the corner of Lincoln Highway and Pfeiffer Road.

Erika Dennis, 37, and Ashley Dennis, 18, both of 119 Illinois St. in Park Forest, were charged with retail theft about 2:45 p.m. in the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway. They were taken to the Will County jail.
