Frankfort Police Blotter

Feb. 12

· Pedro Ruvalcaba, 36, of 3654 Schubert Ave. in Chicago was charged with failure to yield and driving while license revoked about 5:10 p.m. in the 20200 block of LaGrange Road. Ruvalcaba was taken to the Will County jail.

· Deborah Keuch Ulas, 47, of 6936 Gabreski Lane in Monee was charged with improper use of registration, driving while license revoked and driving without insurance shortly after 11 p.m. in the 7500 block of Lincoln Highway.

Feb. 14

· Joseph Hatzell, 19, of 13924 S. 84th Ave. in Orland Park was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia about 5:30 p.m. near the corner of LaGrange Road and Lincoln-Way Lane.

· Richard Tipsword, 58, of 962 Central Avenue in Matteson was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis and driving with an expired registration shortly after 8 p.m. near the corner of Bronson Drive and Laraway Road. Tipsword was taken to the Will County jail.

Feb. 17

· A 17-year-old girl was charged with retail theft about 6 p.m. in the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway.

Feb. 18

· Edward Hecht, 44, of 5 Hopi Court in Bourbonnais was arrested shortly after 2 p.m. in the 20600 block of Lincoln-Way Lane on a Will County warrant charging him with theft. Hecht was taken to the Will County jail.

· Martha Sanchez Lopez, 35, of 416 Mohawk St. in Joliet was charged with retail theft about 12:40 p.m. in the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway.
