March 12

• Mary Pisarski, 23, of 10501 Thornham Lane in Mokena was charged with retail theft about 6:30 p.m. in the 11000 block of Lincoln Highway.

March 13

• William J. Quackenbush, 49, of 219 Pacific St. in Frankfort was charged with driving under the influence and the illegal transportation of alcohol about 6:30 p.m. near the corner of Maple and Pacific streets.

March 14

• Megan Roop, 32, of 3616 Lee Ave. in Richton Park was charged with possession of cannabis about 4:45 p.m. near the corner of 95th Avenue and Lincoln Highway.
• Two Frankfort teens ran afoul of the law about 10 p.m. in the 400 block of Nebraska Street. One 17-year-old was charged with possession of cannabis, delivery of cannabis and possession of drug equipment. He was taken to River Valley Juvenile Detention Center. A second 17-year-old was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment. He was released with a court date.

March 15

• Joseph Walder, 23, of 9105 S. St. Louis Ave. in Evergreen Park was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia shortly before 4 p.m. near the corner of 95th Avenue and Lincoln Highway.
• David Stewart, 48, of 11949 Elise Blvd. in Frankfort was charged with driving while license suspended and speeding about 9:30 p.m. near the corner of Steger and Scheer roads.
