Frankfort Police Plan National Night Out

FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort Police Department will hold its annual National Night Out Against Crime event on Tuesday, Aug. 6. The event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. in downtown Frankfort at Kansas and Oak streets.

There will be activities for all ages, including food, refreshments, vendors, a touch a truck, face painting and more.

National Night Out is held by police departments across the country on the first Tuesday in August. The department said the annual event strengthens police-community partnerships.
