Frankfort Public Library District Seats New Trustee
Trustee Stenoish took the Oath of Office for the Frankfort Public Library District Board on May 23

Congratulations to Brooks Stenoish, the newest Frankfort Public Library District Trustee.
At the May 23rd Board Meeting, Brooks Stenoish was seated to the Frankfort Public Library District's Board of Trustees, filling a trustee position which was vacated at the end of February. The Library is excited to have Trustee Stenoish serving on the Board. Stenoish has been an active member of the Library's Citizens Advisory Committee since January 2023.
The Citizens Advisory Committee is made up of five Frankfort Library District residents who attend Library Board and Committee meetings and may be called upon by the Board of Trustees to share opinions or insights on topics of discussion.

The Library Trustees are happy to have a full Board as they wrap up 2023-2024 and look ahead to the new fiscal year starting July 1. “Together the Frankfort Library Trustees and Citizen Advisory Committee will continue their work to support and provide the best Library resources and programs for Frankfort Library patrons and our community,” says Board President Jan Look.
With Trustee Stenoish's appointment, the Library now has two vacancies on the Citizens Advisory Committee. Any Library District residents interested in applying may find additional information on the Library's website: frankfortlibrary.org/about/board-of-trustees.
