Frankfort Square Wildcats LW Teal vs. Romeoville Spartans - October 2nd, 2016

As our Home schedule comes to an end in 2016, The Frankfort Square Wildcats Football/ Cheer program hosted "Tackle Cancer Day" our Lightweight Teal Football Team played with a lot heart and emotion on a day filled with Emotions, The young Wildcats finished their home Schedule with a win vs. Romeoville Spartans 6-0, and improved their record to 4-3

The Wildcats held Romeoville on their first Drive then 3 plays later the Wildcats scored on a 59 yard TD run by Jacob Ritter which was the game wining drive.

The Wildcats finished with 100 yard on the ground, 52 yards receiving Jacob Ritter 60 yards and td, Evan Les 25 yards and 2-5 passing 38 yards, Justin Buckner 11 yards, Jack Florentine 2 yards and 1-1 passing for 14 yards, Tyler Pinkston 20 yards and 2 catches for 38 yards Ben Bunda 1 catch for 14 yards.

The defense held Romeoville to 52 yards of total offense on the day and held a shut out. Leaders on defense were, Jacob Ritter 10 tackles, Tyler Hoffman 5 tackles, Nick Kassitas 4 tackles, Luke Vetter, Danny Cooke, Evan Les and Justin Buckner with 3 tackles, Jack Florentine, Ryan Kordas, Tyler Pinkston, Ben Bunda with 2 tackles. Others that had 1 tackle Ethan Gonzalez, Connor Gemmell, Jackson Jensen, Kyle Swarens, Mohamad Rezk, Ben Tishka, Zack Johnson, Jacob Lazarz, Tyler Drexel, Johnny Rizdy, Timmy Giusto, Trent Blondin, Nate Borgens, Aidan Eaherat, Brandon Davidson, Joey Rossow.

The Wildcats play their last regular season away game this Sunday vs. Richton Park Raiders. We would like to thank the Board and all the parents who helped make our last 2016 home game a very special event for our Football and Cheerleaders
