Frankfort Square Wildcats LW Teal vs. Chanooka Braves Orange - Sept 11th, 2016

Frankfort Square Wildcats

After a couple of tough games The Frankfort Square Lightweight Teal looked to get back to their winning ways on the road vs the Channoka Braves, they accomplished their mission Winning 31-12.

The Offense started Fast second play from scrimmage Jack Florentine who went 54 to open the scoring field. The next series after a strip of the ball by Justin Buckner, Florentine and Buckner hooked up for 22 yd TD catch.

The next series after another Chanooka fumble recovered by Ryan Kordas, Evan Les scampered 57 yards as the Wildcats went up 18-0. An early TD in the 2nd qtr by Chanooka cut the lead to 18-6 at Half.

The Cats opened the 3rd qtr after a quick 3 out with a 1 yd run from Jacob Ritter... the Wildcats finished their scoring early in the 4th qtr with a 75 yard td pass from Florentine to Tyler Pinkston.

For the day the Wildcats rushed 225 yards on 27 carries and had 147 yards receiving 10 attempts. Jack Florentine 74 yards rushing and TD and 147 yards passing and 2TD'S. Justin Buckner 13 yards rushing and 22 yrd receiving and 1 TD, Jacob Ritter for 9 carries and a 46 yard rushing and a TD. Evan Les 54 yards on 3 carries and TD. Ben Bunda had 3 receptions for 50 yards. Tyler Pinkston had 25 yards rushing on 3 carries and 75 receiving and a TD. Ethan Gonzalez had 1 carry for 24 yards. Joey Rossow had 1 carry for 4 yards.

The Offense would not click without the efforts of the line, led by Connor Gemmell , Luke Vetter, Ryan Kordas, Tyler Hoffman, Aidan Millerick, Aidam Eaheart, Nick Kassitas.

The Defense put in a solid effort led by Justin Buckner 4 tackles and fumble recovery and Jacob Ritter 3 tackles, Danny Cooke 3 tackles, Tyler Pinkston 3 tackles; others helping on defense were Ryan Kordas with 2 tackles and fumble recovery, Jack Florentine with 2 tackles and Ben Bunda with 2 tackles. Luke Vetter, Tyler Hoffman, Mohamad Rezk, Jack Florentine, Nick Kassitas, Kyle Swarens, Ben Tishka, Jacob Lazarz, Tyler Drexel, Johnny Rizdy, Trent Blondin, Nathan Borgens, Zach Johnson, Timmy Giusto all with 1 tackle each.
