Frankfort Starts 2026 Road Resurfacing Projects

FRANKFORT, IL — The Village of Frankfort is starting its 22026 Road Resurfacing Program, which will affect several streets throughout town.

Funded through a $5 million allocation in the Village’s Capital Development budget, this year’s program targets local street segments for comprehensive pavement patching, hot-mix asphalt resurfacing and other repairs, the Village said.

"Streets were prioritized utilizing data from our field surveys evaluating pavement age and structural condition," according to the Village.

Neighborhoods will remain open to residents, emergency services, and deliveries, but there will be localized temporary parking restrictions.

Streets included in this year's resurfacing program are:

• Brendan Street, from Saint Francis Road to Waterview Trail
• Francisca Way, from Vesper Lane to Abbey Drive
• Lakeview Lane, from Raintree Lane to South End
• Lakeview Court, from Raintree Lane to south end
• Breton Road, from Windy Haill Drive to Farmview Road
• Nebraska B Court, from Nebraska Street to south end
• Azalea Road, from Nevada to south end
• Timber Lane, from Aberdeen to southwest end
• Fifth Court, from Aberdeen to southwest end
• Golf Club Lane, from Prestwick Drive to south end
• East Bowen Street, from White to Lawndale Blvd.
• Dewey Circle, from Folkers to southwest end
• Folkers Drive, from Old Frankfort Way to Sherlock
• Maple Street, from Nebraska to Sherlock
• Oregon Street, from Maple to Fifth
• Charmaine Drive, from Ironwood to northeast end
• Charmaine Court, from Charmaine Drive to southeast end
• Meadow Avenue, from Cottonwood Road to Hobby
• Williamsburg Trail, from 108th to Cedar
• Nebraska Street, from 108th Avenue to west end
• Heritage Drive, from Laraway to northeast end
• Autumn Drive, from Stoll to Stoll
• Firenze Drive, from Steger to Siena
• Meritor Road, from Stoll to Meritor Court
• Mary Drive, from Jennifer to Leigh
• Jennifer Street, from Essex to east end
• Coquille Circle, from Coquille Drive to Coquille Drive
• Ashington Lane, from Scheer to Folkestone
