Frankfort Trick Or Treating Hours For Halloween 2023

FRANKFORT, IL — In just a few weeks, Halloween will be upon us. This year, Oct. 31 falls on a Tuesday.

In the Village of Frankfort, trick or treating hours have been set for 4 to 7 p.m.

In the days before the holiday, the Village has also planned the Scary at the Prairie 5K/Spooky Sprint on Oct. 21, and a Safety Truck or Treat event on Oct. 28.

The 5K race will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 in downtown Frankfort, and will also feature a costume contest, DJ, music, balloon artist, face painter and bonfire.

The annual trunk or treat event held by the police department will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Breidert Green parking lot.
