FSP Family Fitness and Nutrition Night, “Your Amazing Pace!”
157-C families invited to join in the fun, fitness and nutrition
The Frankfort School District 157-C Family School Partnership (FSP) organization will host a night of fun, fitness and nutrition for families on Friday, February 24, 5:30 to 8:00 p.m., Grand Prairie Elementary School, 10480 W. Nebraska Street.
The program is open to all District 157-C kindergarten through eighth grade students and their families. This year’s theme is "Your Amazing Pace!" It will offer a wide range of great fitness activities to get you going at your own pace. Families will race through the halls of Grand Prairie and participate in activities including family vs. family relays, CrossFit, HIIT bootcamp style exercises, Zumba, Yoga paint, super food stations, planting and more. After all of the legs of the race are complete, there will be surprises including medals for the first 350 finishers and more!
