Halloween Window Walk Events Planned In Downtown Frankfort

You can view the windows decorated by the library's teen advisory board and students from local schools.

FRANKFORT, IL — The Frankfort Chamber of Commerce, Frankfort Public Library District, downtown businesses and the Village have partnered for the Halloween Window Walk. According to the Chamber's Facebook page, you can view the windows decorated by the library's teen advisory board and students from local schools.

Witchy Girls' Night Out will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, and this is the first night you'll be able to see all the windows and actors.

Another event, a kids scavenger hunt, will also be held in the downtown area on Oct. 31 from 12 to 3 p.m. Kids can pick up a map of participating stores from the Breidert Green stage, and visit the stores to find a secret message. To decode a secrete message, you can find the letters on the green pumpkins in the windows.
