Hickory Creek Middle School Spring Musical

"Mary Poppins" musical features 130 performers and a stage crew of 12

The Hickory Creek Middle School Spring Musical “Mary Poppins” will be held on Friday May 15 at 7:00 PM, Saturday May 16 at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM and Sunday May 17 at 2:00 PM. All performances will be held at Hickory Creek, 22150 W. 116th Ave. Tickets are $6.00 each, general seating, and are being sold to District 157-C families internally through the school. Tickets will also be available at the door and the school is open for seating half an hour prior to a show.


“Mary Poppins” is the story of a broken family and the magical nanny and other characters that help them find their way back to each other. In addition to songs that are well known from the Disney movie, there are also new songs and dances that are sure to thrill the audiences.


The cast includes 130 performers and a stage crew of 12. Main characters are played by:
Mary Poppins - Anmarie D’Ortenzio and Madeline Herbert, Bert - Sam Ruby and Max Adams, other leads: Kirsten Lutz, Mia Conway, Jake Mandernach, Clark Anderson, Joe O’Sullivan, Trevor Stanevicius, Rachel DalBianco, Lauren Dauber, Maggie Clarey, Jayna Enguita, Randy Johnson, Kayla Rea, Emma Mize, Brianna Ebenroth, Devin Galmines, Jake Flesch, Ben Schwieters, Anna Breitbarth, Monica Nagy, Dillon Ruzich, Sean Spicer, Keara Powers, Aisling Hanly, Nate Stern, Cole Harris, Lizzie Parduhn and Sarah Slovin.

The production staff includes Director/Producer Leslie Walton, Assistant Director/Costume Chair Cindy Heath, Stage Manager Jenna Rae Stoit, Choreographers Eric Walton, Leslie Walton, Kayla Rea, Maggie Clarey and Production Assistant Luiza Vitucci.


Concessions will be sold by the Chorus Booster Organization during intermission. They will also raffle off two iPad Mini’s and a basket of community gift cards. Raffle tickets are priced at $5 each or five for $20. All proceeds will benefit the choral programs at Hickory Creek Middle School.
