Homes Entered In Frankfort Neighborhoods: Cops

FRANKFORT, IL -- Multiple reports of intruders entering homes in Frankfort were made late Thursday night, according to Frankfort police.

The illegal home entries were made in the Krusemark and Old Town areas of the village, according to a social media alert from the Frankfort Police Department.

Entry into the homes was made through unsecured rear doors and property was taken from some of the homes.

Frankfort police urge residents to always lock doors to both residences and vehicles. Suspicious activity should be reported to the Police Department's non-emergency number at 815-485-2500 or by calling 911 if it is an emergency.
