Outside of a new location, the move also gives the business an opportunity to expand its services past baseball lessons. The facility will include 12 batting cages, a baseball infield practice area and basketball courts, said owner Kim Baker, who is also Pastko's daughter.
As part of the terms of the permit, Baker needs to make repairs to the new location's parking lot as well as update its fire alarm and sprinkler system. Neither improvements were deemed to be problems, Pastko said.
