Lincoln-Way Announces Administrative Hires, Promotions For 24-25 Year
New hires include a director of assessment and instruction and a director of pupil personnel services at East.
FRANKFORT, IL — Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210 has announced several administrative hires and promotions for the 2024-2025 school year, according to a news release.

At the district level, Brian Murphy, previously the director of innovation and assessment for the district, will be the assistant superintendent for human resources.

Renae Goldie, previously director of curriculum, will become the assistant superintendent for academics.
Tracey Miller was hired as the district's director of assessment and instruction. Miller comes to the district with nearly 20 years of experience in education, most recently serving as the director of teaching and learning for Lemont-Bromberek Combined School District 113A, a release states. Miller has a doctorate in educational leadership from Western Illinois University, and recently received her chief school business official endorsement from Northern Illinois University.

Rory Olson, currently the special services coordinator at West, will be the new associate principal for academics and assessment at Lincoln-Way East.
Dana Whittaker will be the director of pupil personnel services at East. Whittaker most recently served as the director of counseling at Willowbrook High School in DuPage High School District 88. Whittaker has nearly 20 years of experience in education, and she holds a master’s degree in school counseling from Loyola University Chicago and a master’s degree in educational leadership and administration from North Central College, according to a release. She is an executive board member of the Directors of Counseling and Student Services of Suburban Chicago.
Lincoln-Way Central will also have a new director of pupil personnel services, as Tina Boseo, previously a counselor in the same department, assumes the role beginning the 2024-2025 school year.
“As part of the strategic planning process, the HR committee identified a goal of recruiting, developing and supporting highly qualified staff to meet the needs of our students,” Superintendent Scott Tingley said in a release. “By reorganizing the administrative team at the district level, and with these new hires and promotions, the district is well-positioned to continue its forward momentum under their leadership.”
