Lincoln-Way Marching Band Plans Community Night

FRANKFORT, IL — The Lincoln-Way Marching Band will hold its Community Night on Saturday, Aug. 24 at Lincoln-Way East. The event is free to attend, and there will be food trucks from Joeys Red Hots, Smokin'Z BBQ, Nothing Bundt Cakes and TCBY Yogurt; a 50/50 raffle, and a silent auction.

All proceeds made from the event will benefit the marching band, and will help offset travel expenses, organizers said. Food sales will begin at 5 p.m. and the marching band will perform at 6 p.m.
