Lincoln-Way Students Earn Awards From Scholastic Art Show
46 area schools submitted 2,347 works of art, the District said. Only a small amount of pieces were awarded and accepted into the show.
FRANKFORT, IL — Several Lincoln-Way students, including two from Lincoln-Way East, were recognized in the Scholastic Art Show, according to a release from the District.
Students from the Lincoln-Way area high schools competed in the 2023 Scholastic Art Competition, which is the most recognized and prestigious high school art exhibition in the country.

Eight Lincoln-Way students won a total of 14 awards, including two gold, four silver, and eight honorable mention awards. The students are: Paulina Gutierrez and Lauren Staszak from Lincoln-Way East; Faith Hogan and Haley Ramos from Lincoln-Way Central; Taryn Burton, Marie DeSilva, Caeley Doran and Madeline Dul from Lincoln-Way West.
