Local Teen Competes for Spot in Ciara’s Music Video – Vote Now!

Frankfort’s own Vivian Val, a 14-year-old student at Lincoln-Way East High School, is making waves in the dance world as she competes for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity—a chance to star in Ciara’s next music video and win $20,000.
Vivian is one of the youngest competitors in Dance Icon, a national competition searching for eight standout dancers to advance to the final round. Those finalists will be flown to Phoenix, AZ, where they’ll perform live for Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. From there, one dancer will be selected for the ultimate prize: a feature in Ciara’s music video.
With only two days left in the voting period, Vivian needs the community’s support to secure her spot in the finals. Fans can vote twice per day to help her make her dream a reality.

A Rising Star in Hip-Hop Dance

“This competition means everything to me,” Vivian shares. “Being in Ciara’s music video would be a dream come true, and I want to show young dancers that hard work and passion can open doors.”
