LWE Madrigal Ticket Sales Open to Public

Tickets to this popular holiday event sell out quickly. Deadline is Nov. 25.

Ticket sales for the 15th annual Lincoln-Way East High School Madrigal Dinners are now available, but sell out quickly.

The Madrigal Dinners feature a Renaissance-style evening of food, music, friendship and figgy pudding, all in an amazing castle setting. You will feel as if you have stepped back in time to the days of Lords and Ladies, Royalty and Jesters, Feasts and Music. Shows will be held December 1, 2, 3 , 8, 9 AND 10 at the Lincoln-Way East Performing Arts Center. Evening dinner starts at 6 p.m. (lobby opens at 5:30) with an added luncheon performance at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10.

Talented students who have been practicing since August will all contribute to the production. Madrigal performances include Troubadours, Ladies, mixed group of Singers; Maidens, instrumentalists, and actors.
Madrigal director Matthew Granger says "I am so proud of our students for the time and talent they invest into offering our community these wonderful performances that are perfect for the holiday season. ”
