Matter Of Balance Class At Frankfort Police Department
The Frankfort Police Department will be hosting a Matter of Balance Class starting April 3rd at the Frankfort Police Department.

Census information will be sent out in the mail during the week of March 12th-20th. Households are encouraged to respond on-line, by mail, or by phone. Keep in mind the Census Bureau will never ask for the following information:

Matter of Balance Class
The Frankfort Police Department will be hosting a Matter of Balance Class starting April 3rd at the Frankfort Police Department. This eight week class meets every Friday from 12-2 p.m. A matter of balance is an award-winning program for anyone concerned about falls. This class will help to increase balance, flexibility, strength, and give you fall prevention strategies. To register for this free class please contact Sergeant Bender at (815)469-9435.
