Montessori of Frankfort encourages children to put those screens away and learn through a nature-based program. Research show that time spent in nature connects people with each other and the larger world around them. This summer students will discover the wonders of nature through creativity, animal tracking, nature crafts, and imagination. In addition to hands on nature-based learning, the students will also learn about yoga and meditation. This retreat is August 10th 9:30 am-1:30 pm. About Montessori of Frankfort
Montessori of Frankfort was founded in August of 1999 by Montessori trained teachers and sisters, Mari-Ann Unger and Linda Mora. The academic preschool and kindergarten is for children ages 3-6. Montessori of Frankfort is a member of the American Montessori Society. Teachers are CPR and First-Aid certified as well.
