Montessori of Frankfort Student Qualifies into Gifted School
One of our own student is accepted into The Avery Coonley School for the gifted!

The Montessori of Frankfort staff would like to congratulate student Eliana Partridge for qualifying for The Avery Coonley School for the gifted. Eliana attended the Montessori of Frankfort for three years. During that time, Co-owner and Teacher Linda Mora noticed her pupil was extraordinarily gifted, and would be a perfect candidate for The Avery Coonley School. After discussions with Eliana’s parents, she was tested to see if she qualified. The news came recently that she had indeed made it into the program.
The Avery Coonley School is an independent day school for academically gifted students in preschool through 8th grade. The school’s students prefer complex challenges to simple tasks, are voracious readers, and show signs of high intelligence.
Montessori of Frankfort practices the Montessori Method. This is a philosophy with the fundamental tenet that a child learns best within a social environment that supports each individual’s unique development. It is based on a “whole child” approach that brings out the very best potential qualities in your child, and it the ideal program to help recognize a child’s unique gifts, such as Eliana’s, early on.
