New Lenox Cops Report Third Avenue Break-In

Prowlers broke into a house on Third Avenue, the New Lenox police said.

An officer was sent to a house in the 300 block of Third Avenue shortly before 11:30 a.m. Saturday and was told "an unknown person entered the building without permission and removed property," police said.

The burglary was sent to the department's investigations division for review, police said.
