New Lenox Cops Say Inoperable Forklift Lifted

A forklift was stolen from off of DeGroate Road last week, the New Lenox police said.

An officer was sent to the 400 block of DeGroate shortly before 2:30 p.m. and was told "an unknown person took an inoperable forklift that was being stored outside," police said.

The case was sent to the department's investigations division for review, police said.
