Old Town Homeowners Association Elects Board
Board runs unopposed and retains positions

The Old Town Homeowners Association held Board elections at their June meeting on Tuesday, June 12th. Board members, unopposed and retaining their positions, are Mark Adams (President), Danette Muscarella (Vice-President), Pam Griffin (Treasurer), and Marcia Steward (Secretary). Additionally, a new Membership Engagement Committee was formed to welcome new residents and engage all neighbors within the community. The co-chairs of this committee are Jess Petrow and Mark Baker.
Old Town Homeowners Association meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every even numbered month (February, April, June, August, October, and December), at 7pm at The Founders Community Center on Oak Street. All Old Town neighborhood residents are encouraged to attend to meet their neighbors, become more involved in this amazing civic organization, and to become more informed about what is happening in their neighborhood.
The Old Town Homeowners Association will be hosting their annual block party in the historic downtown area on August 4th, organizing a team for the annual Frankfort homeowners’ association softball tournament that will take place on August 5th, and participating in the Frankfort Fall Fest by running the bike corrals, which volunteers are needed for. Additionally, they maintain the medicine wheel planting at the Founders Community Center, host an annual holiday party, and offer informative workshops throughout the year.
