Parties In The Park Planned This Summer In Frankfort

FRANKFORT, IL — With the start of summer just a few weeks away, the Frankfort Park District has several programs on tap for the warmer months, including three parties in the park.

The parties will feature outdoor games, a DJ dance party and more. The free events are sponsored by Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, according to the park district website.

Park parties are planned for:

• June 12, 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Timbers Edge Park
• July 10, 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Shaffer Park
• Aug. 7, 1:30 to 3 p.m. at Indian Boundary Park

Park locations could change, so check back with the park district closer to the party date.
