PART-TIME CASHIER
Job Summary

• Phillips Chevrolet are currently accepting applications for part-time cashier/customer service specialists. Must be available to rotate days and nights. The maximum hours for these positions not to exceed 28 hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Cash Handling

-Receive Payments from customers having vehicles serviced

-Providing top-notch customer service to all customers

-Complete invoices/Receipts for customers

-Handling Customer complaints in a professional and discreet manner

-Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate departments

-Ability to multi-task and maintain a fast pace

-Handling of loaners or rental vehicles

-Inputting of customer rental agreement information.

EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS:

-18 Years or Older

-Preferred but not required: 1 year dealership exp.

-1-2 year customer service

-1-2 years cash handling experience

-Ability to problem solve and determine solutions to customer issues

-Data entry/ Basic computer skills

PART-TIME PORTERS
Job Summary

• Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort is accepting applications for part-time porters This position requires a valid Drivers License and hours vary totaling no more than 28 hours weekly and MUST BE AVAILABLE INCLUDING SATURDAY’S.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Washing, drying, waxing detailing vehicles
- Moving vehicles within the dealership, requiring valid drivers license
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles sizes and transmissions preferred
- Routine building maintenance including windows, exterior maintenance, trash,basic
interior repairs
- Winter snow removal including shoveling
- Lifting and moving heavy loads vehicle must report to allow you to be insured

- Ability to bend, lift and stop on regular basis
- Organization and time management a must

- Ability to work at a fast pace and problem solve
