Popular Microblading process introduced at Frankfort salon

Jeffrey LaMorte Salon & Day Spa, 20821 S. LaGrange Road in Frankfort, is pleased to introduce the state-of-the-art process of Microblading to its clients. The salon is now officially licensed and certified to perform the Microblading procedure that creates customized eyebrows that can last for over a year.

If you are tired of the daily routine of coloring in sparse eyebrows, using gels or pencils to try to make them look fuller, Microblading may be the answer for you. The procedure can give you long-lasting natural looking, shapely arched, thick eyebrows without the daily upkeep.

It can give them natural, realistic hair strokes that blend with their own hair to form beautifully shaped brows that are specifically created for their faces.”

Microblading is a semi-permanent natural hair stroke tattoo that is performed manually by a skilled technician. The process is done using a hand-held tool, not a tattoo gun, and lasts anywhere from one to two years, depending upon skin type and lifestyle. The method takes about two hours, with the first hour being a consultation, drawing the brow on and mixing the perfect color. The last hour of the process is the actual Microblading procedure.

The $500 process includes a touch-up four to six weeks later, then you’re good to go for over a year. Most people only need one touch-up but for some, not many, it takes two touch-ups (the second touch-up is included in the price for those needing it.)
