Property Additions Focus Of Upcoming Plan Commission Meeting

FRANKFORT, IL -- Personal home improvements, including two requests for new pergolas, will be the focus of the Frankfort Plan Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday night, Sept. 14.

The two requests for pergolas come from homeowners in the 22600 block of LimeStone Court, where a structure variance permit is sought to build a 392-foot pergola and in the 8200 block of Karli Jean Court, where an accessory structure variance is sought to build a pergola and sports court.

There's also a request for vinyl siding in the 400 block of Nevada Court B and to use non-masonry materials on the first floor of a home in the 100 block of Center Road.
