Rosh Hashanah at Montessori of Frankfort

Today Montessori of Frankfort celebrated Rosh Hashanah with a student Howard Franklin and his mom and grandma. We got to learn many things, including apples and honey are provided on this holiday to bring in a sweet new year and the shofar(rams horn) is a horn that’s blown to let everyone to gather at the synagogue. We enjoyed two books that Howard’s mom and grandma read to teach all about the special holiday.
