Mokena Man Hit By Car, Killed On Interstate 65 In Indiana
Indiana State Police say Andrew Tagli had exited his vehicle after a crash when he was hit by a Honda CRV in Jasper County Saturday night.

FAIR OAKS, IN - A Mokena man was killed Saturday night on Interstate 65 in Northwest Indiana. Indiana State Police say Andrew Tagli, 30, was standing outside his car after a crash in the northbound lanes of the highway near the Fair Oaks exit in Jasper County at 7:20 p.m. on Oct. 13 when he was hit by a 2011 Honda CRV.
Tagli was driving a 2017 Hyundai Sonata when it struck a 2007 Buick Lucerne driven by a 28-year-old Indianapolis man that had been disabled due to losing the front driver's side tire. Police say the Buick was partially sticking out of the left lane of traffic when Tagli's car struck it, lost control and ended up facing south in the northbound lanes.
The Honda CRV, driven by a 54-year-old man from Wheaton, struck Tagli as he was standing outside the car following the initial crash.
