Save The Date For Frankfort's Trunk Or Treat
Celebrate Halloween with the police department at the annual trunk or treat on Oct. 28.

FRANKFORT, IL — To celebrate Halloween, the Frankfort Police Department will host its annual costume parade and trunk or treat on Oct. 28 in downtown Frankfort.
The event will be from 10 a.m. to noon in the Breidert Green municipal lot, according to the Village.
The free family event lets children show off their Halloween costumes while trick or treating trunk to trunk in the parking lot. Local businesses and organizations will decorate their trunks and hand out treats.

The E.F. Bucko costume parade will get festivities started at 10 a.m., and will be led by Chief Leanne Chelepis, according to the Village. Businesses who want to participate can email admin@frankfortil.org.
