FRANKFORT, IL — It may not feel like it, but spring is just a few weeks away. In Frankfort, the annual Spring On The Green event will welcome the next season on March 19.
The event will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Breidert Green in downtown Frankfort.
The event is co-sponsored by the Village of Frankfort, Frankfort Park District, Frankfort Lions Club and Frankfort Boy Scout Troop 270.

There will be a DJ, kid-friendly games, a balloon artist, crafts and more, Mayor Keith Ogle shared during Tuesday's Village Board meeting.
