Spring Clean-Out Held At Lincoln-Way East

FRANKFORT, IL — Get your spring cleaning done with the help of Lincoln-Way East Athletic Boosters. The boosters will hold a spring clean-out on Saturday, May 11 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lincoln-Way East High School.

According to the boosters, all funds raised go directly toward supporting student athletes through equipment, gear and scholarships. Funds will be earned for the donation of clothing, shoes, bedding/towels, accessories, CDs/DVDS/books, toys and games, kitchen items, knick-knacks, electrical items and sporting goods. The boosters said if every family brought one bag of gently used items, they could surpass their fundraising goal.

The items will be taken to Savers in Orland Park after the event.
