Summit Hill Students Qualify for State Science Fair
Fourteen students at the Frankfort junior high qualified for the state competition in DeKalb next month.

FRANKFORT, IL - Fourteen seventh and eighth grade students at Summit Hill Junior High in Frankfort will be at the state science fair next weekend after qualifying with their projects last month.
According to a news release from the school, Olivia Ernst, Elaine Foster, Luke Meacham, Madeline Dickenscheidt, Sydney Smithgall, Charlie Squires, Ryan Lenart, Grace White, Morgan Frech, Josie LaPapa, Allison O’Connor, George Flaris, Jillian Mills and Jenna Wols received state qualifying outstanding awards for the IJAS Regional Paper Science Fair events in March at schools in Aurora.
They will all be part of the state competition at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb on May 5 and 6.
