Tax Appeal Seminar Planned At Frankfort Village Hall

FRANKFORT, IL — With the recent quadrennial assessment from Will County, the Frankfort Township Assessor's Office will provide a free seminar on Aug. 23 for residents.

Assessor Joe Kral will hold the seminar at 6 p.m. on Aug. 23 at Frankfort Village Hall. The seminar and information session will discuss the tax appeal process.

According to the Assessor's Office, residents received their revised assessment notice earlier this month. The deadline to file an appeal with the Will County Board of Review is Sept. 11.

Applications for 2023 exemptions will be taken until the end of the year.
