Townhomes Planned for Smith Street in Downtown Frankfort

FRANKFORT, IL - A planned unit development consisting of four unit townhomes on Smith Street in Frankfort is in its initial stages.

A “future public hearing request” for the plan to rezone the area from H1 to R4 is to be discussed at the Frankfort Plan Commission meeting on Thursday, March 23 at 6:30 p.m. at village hall.

The official agenda item is labeled “Workshop - Kaffel Court Townhomes.”

The rezoning is in connection to the planned development at 12 Smith Street in downtown Frankfort.
