3 POINT SHOOTING CONTEST NEW!
Come out and show off your 3 point shooting skills. Join the Frankfort Park District in the 1st annual 3 point shoot off. All participants will shoot from five designated spots. The person with the most makes will be crowned the 2014 champion. Special prizes will be awarded to the top 2 finishers in each age group. Grab your buddies it will be a Slam Dunk time.

CO-ED INSTRUCTIONAL VOLLEYBALL
The experienced instructors at Ultimate Volleyball will teach fundamental volleyball skills, while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship. Instruction will be given at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. Players will be divided by grade and/or ability. All participants will learn new skills, practice old skills and play volleyball games during every class session.

CHICAGO BULLS SKILLS CAMP
A fundamental basketball camp for Boys and Girls aged 5-14 years old, teaching the latest techniques in ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding and offensive and defensive team play. All instructors have learned directly from Chicago Bulls Coaches. From terminology to drills, your child will get an NBA workout and experience. This is the camp every young player should start and expand his or her basketball skills. Regrettably, we must limit enrollment to preserve performance standards and our player to coach ratio of 10 to 1 therefore, students will be accepted on a “first come, first served” basis.

In addition to the daily premier instruction, each student will receive: an autographed Bulls Player photo, a Skills Camp T-shirt, and an evaluation form.

JUMPBUNCH PARENT-TOT SPORTS MANIA
Moms or Dads, spend some quality time with your Little One in this class that introduces your child to the Wonderful World of Sports. Your child will be able to shoot some hoops, score a soccer goal, hit a ball off the tee, or just run around the gym to burn off some steam. Parachute games will also be introduced!! Toddler sports equipment will be used and parents will participate with their youngster. Jump Bunch introduces sports and fitness to your child in a hands-on setting.
