Vote For Summer 2023 Movie Series Choices In Frankfort

FRANKFORT, IL — Although it's still cold and snow outside, planning is already well underway for summer events in Frankfort.

The Village of Frankfort, the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce and the Frankfort Park District are in the planning stages for the annual movie series.

Frankfort Park District Recreation Supervisor Calli DeBella said that every summer, three Movies on the Green are hosted on Breidert Green from June-August.

DeBella said the top three choices will be shown during the summer.

Residents are asked to choose their top 3 movies that they'd like to see at the events this summer. Options include: "Honey, I Shrunk The Kids," "Lilo & Stitch," "Space Jam," "Ghostbusters" (2016), "Curious George," and "Finding Nemo." The survey will close at 9 a.m. on Friday.
