Vote For Your Favorites For Movies On The Green 2026
Vote for your top 3 choices by March 2 to help pick movies shown at this summer's Movies on the Green events.
FRANKFORT, IL — It might not feel like it, but soon enough you'll be watching a movie on Breidert Green during the annual Movies on the Green events. But first, Frankfort residents can help choose what movies will be shown this summer.
Movies on the Green are planned for June 9, July 14 and Aug. 11. The events are hosted by the Village of Frankfort, the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce and the Frankfort Park District.
The park district shared on its Facebook that residents have until 9 a.m. on March 2 to vote for their three top movie choices to help pick the movies shown this summer.

According to the survey, movie choices include:
- "Little Giants"
- "Cars"
- "The Mighty Ducks 2"
- "Beauty and the Beast"
- "Matilda"
- "Garfield"
